Join our global Support Team based around the world in Australia, India and Philipines to support business customers in Australia.
You will provide front line telephone and email technical support to customers, and proactively monitor and respond to customer network alerts.
This role requires fluency in English and flexible working hours (shift rotations).
This role is 100% work from home and you must have good computer, quality headset and fast and stable internet connection.
Responsibilities include:

Respond to document all incoming cases reported by customers via phone and email.
Respond to network monitoring alerts by investigating, resolving or escalating as required.
Provide first-line diagnostic/troubleshooting while maximizing customer satisfaction.
Resolve cases where possible or escalate to 2nd/3rd level engineers, or vendors as required.

Qualifications/Personal Attributes

1+ years of technical support experience
CCNA certification or equivalent network certificataion
Quick learning
Self-reliance and ability to work independently when required
Fluency in English

Interviews will be conducted by video conference.
