Role
1. Managing the day to day centre operations by supporting the clients and clarifying their issues.
2. Facilitate training for clients/students
3. Manage the smooth functioning of the training centre and update mgmt for any issues.
4. Market the product and ensure all queries are clarified.
5. Followup on the enquiries for converting into a customer.
6. Support the clients in their technical queries.
7. Field Sales planning and execution in societies and public places for selling the products.
8. Bookkeeping and updating details in ERP portal.
Soft Skills
1. He/She should be active and fluent in English/Hindi /Telugu - at least any 2 languages
2. He/She should be outspoken and to have a convincing attitude.
3. Customer to be handled through soft-spoken attitude and with a smile.
