We are looking for a specialist for supporting telecom products by helping existing developers of our products and helping to troubleshoot all system. The Technical Support Enginer will be testing and evaluating all the telecommunication systems dealt by the Telture Solutions. He/She has to install and configure any products to be used by the company, such as Voice logger, Epabx, VOIP, Gateways, Call Center Software, IVR, Call Accounting, Telephone Cards, etc
Responsibilities and Duties:· Providing assistance to company staff or clients with technology-related issues:
o Understanding the issue and its cause;
o solving the problem; and
o explaining the problem to the staff member or client.
· Implementing and assisting on the roll out of new applications/product or operating systems:
o Learning about the new application/product;
o running tests before implementing them in all systems;
o evaluating new/existing applications or products and installing them on all systems in the company.
· Troubleshooting systems and applications:
o Running diagnostics on malfunctioning hardware or software; and
o finding solutions for any issue and implementing it.
· Replacing damaged or malfunctioning parts on hardware when necessary:
· Study and give a comparative reports on the various similar products/applications , hardware and software used in the company.
Educational Qualifications:· BE, MCA, ME, Mtech, Graduate.
Experience:· 0-2 yrs of relevant experience
Skills:· Strong knowledge of C++, C#
· Exposure to Windows is mandatory
· Exposure to Linux will be good to have
· Capable of handling project independently
· Knowledge in various telecommunications systems and practices
