Job Duties:

• Should have knowledge about SQL & Database.
• Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
• Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
• Firm grasp of how the web works, networking, and software products
• Ready to roam

·         An ability to assess each customer/employee's IT knowledge levels

·          Ability to deal with difficult callers

·          Logical thinker

·          Good analytical and problem solving skills

·          Up-to-date technical knowledge

·          Good interpersonal and customer care skills

·          Good accurate records keeping

Qualification:

Graduation or Post Graduation – B.C.A. /B.E. / M.C.A. Any Computer Background but fluent English Communication

Experience: Fresher / Experienced
