Job Description

Technical Support Engineer

Mumbai

Job Description :

Good Communication Skills (Spoken and Written).
He/She should be Technically sound.
Experience in client interaction.
Knowledge of Social Media Platforms like Facebook,Twitter,Instagram (What are Public tweets,@mentions,DMs,keywords,Search Engine etc).
SQL knowledge would be an added advantage (Basic queries like Select,Update,Insert, to run Procedures).

Job Responsibilities :

Sort Client queries proactively.
Requirement gathering.
Follow up with clients regarding issues and its status.
Prioritize your work.
Follow the timelines shared with clients and as per that push the team to get the work done.
Maintaining a bug sheet faced by clients and understand the reason of resolution.
Notify all the clients regarding all the new features/upgrades happening in the tool.
He/she should be aware of all the API changes made.
Setting up an account.
