Job Description

  • Understanding basic Customer Issues and provide support.
  • Handling calls from customers from various backgrounds.
  • Generating Tickets within the company helpdesk.
  • Coordinating with Internal technical support resources and resolving Customer Issues.
  • Being able to resolve daily issues independently .
