Position: Technical Support (Specialist/Administrator)

Primary Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician to provide support for Microsoft-based systems. The role includes troubleshooting our clients’ IT issues and supporting their variety of applications and technology needs.

Our ideal candidate will bring:

·         3 years of outstanding customer service experience

·         1 year of IT help desk experience

·         1 year of Windows/macOS operating systems experience

·         Strong working knowledge of:

v  Windows

v  Active Directory

v  Networking

v  Mail systems

v  Hardware installations

·         A passion for technology, innovation, and making a difference

·         Exceptional documentation skills

·         An eagerness to learn and improve

·         A positive personality and attitude
