6. Ability to learn and work on changing technologies
7. Strong Troubleshooting, diagnosing skills to resolve Technical Issues.
8.Strong communication skills both written and verbal to interact confidently with clients
9. Great analytical and problem-solving skills help in resolving the issue faster.
10. Good knowledge of the computer systems, mobiles, and other techs.
11. Strong customer focus and technical knowledge of the company products or services.
