1. Attending customer on call/email and remote support.

2. Diagnose errors that may come to the customer while using the application.

3. Installation of Web / Desktop solution and database.

4. Configure database and backups and jobs.

5. Upgrade versions of customer database as and when needed.

6. Preparing technical documentation.

7. Give basic training to customers on using the application

8. Client visits may be required for installation or version upgrades.

9. Creating requirement documentation

10. Testing certain functionalities.

11. Co-ordinating with the developer or DBA or such other internal teams

12. Running queries on SQL database.

13. Issue tracking
