Job Description

 
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Resolve technical queries of customers through emails, chats, and calls
2. Work on outbound and inbound calls (receiving and resolution)
3. Work on passing the escalation to the next level (L2 engineer) if not resolved
4. Coordinate with the team
