Job Overview
The executive will be a part of the tech-help team. The tech-help team is an intermediary body between the business and the tech team. Tech issues with the company’s products, services, tools etc. are reported to tech-help team which in turn takes steps to get those issues resolved. As an executive, you will be taking those steps which require certain skills and acumen.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Handling tech-help tickets
· Understanding business requirements and translating them to tech problem statements
· Work as an intermediary between business and Tech
· Leaning tech processes and utilizing them to effectively solve user tickets
· Finding and devising methods and processes to automate recurring issues
Qualification
· Graduate from any college/University
· 60% above marks in 10th
· Fresher
Skills
· Proficient in SQL query writing and understanding
· Testing Knowledge
· Good interpersonal skills, fluent English communication
