* International Voice Process (Technical & Non Technical Support )

* Interact with Customer on Calls and Resolve Computer / Software / Internet Connectivity Issues over the phone.

* Open to work in Night Shifts in a 247 environment.

* Graduate with Excellent communication skills in English.

* Open to work in Night shift

* Active listening skills, an eye for detail to determine the root cause of the issue, to avoid repeat contacts.

* Own and resolve customer issues.
