TECHNICAL SUPPORT --DELHI

Job Description-
  • Responsible for following schedules/resolving customer case and abide by the prescribed norms.
  • Maintain highest level of technical and process expertise
  • Maintain highest level of soft skill and telephonic etiquettes
  • Share latest technical/process related inputs with the team.
Job Specifications
  • Good understanding of Servers-Application,Database & FTP
  • Good networking Concepts.
  • Knowledge of SQL,MY SQL,Servers,Tomcat
  • Good understanding of program languages –JAVA,Visual Basics.
