The job role will be to work clients online-remote- support /onsite- walk in support.

Responsibilities:

Make telephone calls to prospects.
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
Achieve budgeted campaign DMC rate and specified targets.
Understand and manage personal performance on daily basis Attend campaign briefings.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our PEDDLE PLUS Software products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns Maintain confidentiality.
Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times.
Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls.
Provide feedback and input to customer.
Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
Brand promotion.
Explain the customers- based on product offers/ benefits.
In the free time, Search the names of the customers in the Google site are known to sell the software.
Promoting the products.
Smoothly customers handle not arrogance/cloud.
Listen to customer’s requirement before and then keep your talk.
Feedback-mails/phones (communication channels).
Maintain DSR sheet (Customer feedback/complain).
Maintain register for the same.
Prepare a list of calls made by the location wise.
Make complains to the any issue inform your senior officer.
It is also necessary to install the software at customer end online through remote software and give right training with user journey of the PEDDLE PLUS software.
