Experience: 1 – 5 Years
- Ingesting additional data sources into Hadoop in either streaming or batch mode
- Manages email, chats and calls from Clients. Resolve customer issues in a timely and consistent manner.
- Answer customer queries through multiple support channels (email, ticket system, support forum, etc.
- Find technical solutions on issues or queries related to unknown or new scenarios.
- Work closely with product development team to keep updated on products and its functionalities.
- Provide continuous feedback on product improvements from customers.
- Maintain troubleshooting guide, user guide and documentation of the product.
- Keep up-to-date with all DocuSoft products and its enhancements.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction level.
- Comfort in a Support based role for up to 8 hours a day.
- Ability to work in any shift based on business needs.
- The ideal candidate should possess some d administrative experience.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision is a must.
