Mandatory Skills

Computer Knowledge – you must know how to use a computer, navigate through Windows and use the Internet at an intermediate to advanced level.
You must be able to read, compose and send receive email.
Microsoft Word – Beginners to Intermediate Level Knowledge.
Able to successfully open, edit and manipulate documents. Work with composition as well as layout
Microsoft Excel – Beginners to Intermediate Level Knowledge.
Able to edit spreadsheets, work with formulas as well as simple manipulation of layout and data.
English Verbal & Written Communication skills – you must have at least an intermediate level of written and verbal English skills to be considered for this position.
Able to understand instructions given in English, able to read emails written in English and comprehend them.
Able to write emails and documents as instructed in English.
You must have good listening skills and be able to follow any client or management instructions and requests given to you in a timely and efficient manner.
Team Player – You must be able to work as part of a team or by yourself where instructed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Handling emails
Doing day to day administrative tasks
Perform extensive website research or data entry
Processing of client emails and requests in a timely and efficient manner
Providing assistance to our clients virtually
Other office and computer-based tasks as instructed
Will be responsible to communicate with the clients and get the work instruction and process accordingly.
Zeal to learn and understand new technologies and gather as much relevant information as required to perform clients work
