Tridat Technologies is hiring 'Technical Support L1' for one of the International MNC specialized in Hardware 7 Networking based @ Mumbai !!!
Position: RTM – Technical Support L1.
Experience –
Fresher or 1+ years
Education - Any Graduate/10+2+3.
Desired Skills: Knowledge of Installation & troubleshooting of all MS Windows operating systems.
Knowledge on Install and uninstallation of service packs, hotfixes, and rollups.
Knowledge of windows update catalog.
Troubleshooting experience on Exchange Server.
Troubleshooting Experience of Servers and roles like AD, DNS, DHCP and IIS etc (advantage).
Good knowledge of operating system backup, performance, and troubleshooting skills.
Basic hardware and networking knowledge.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
When appropriate, escalate issues to appropriate individuals based on established guidelines and procedures.
Provide creative solutions to existing constraints from time to time.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Any Graduate OR 10+2+3 Years Diploma / Degree. (Mandatory)
Excellent Communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ready to Work in 365*24*7 All Support Shifts & Ready for Chat, Email or Call Process.
Confident to handle assign responsibility
Employment Type: Contract to hire role initially starting with 1 year (Further extendable on yearly basis & performance of candidate as well)
Working days: 24*7 rotational shifts - 5 days working - 2 days rotational off
Joining Period: Max 15 to 20 days
