Primesys Technologies is seeking a creative, energetic and highly motivated female candidate for the role of Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Pune. As a support engineer, you’ll get a chance to work with varied clientele, in high growth and good learning environment. • Manage inbound calls/emails/chats in a timely manner • Resolve Customers queries or complaints by providing clear information and provide solutions and/or alternatives on calls/emails/chats • Identify bottleneck, call out issues, own up customer issue/track & provide resolution • Work within the team and with other functions to resolve Customers issues effectively • Provide daily/weekly status updates on recurring issues and problems • Share improvement ideas and suggestions with the team to improve the customer experience • Prepare & deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently • Proactively follow-up with customers to gather feedback, suggest improvements, and build customer rapport
