Job Description:
1.Provide
technical assistance and give
solutions
for
features, configuration, compatibility, upgrade, migration, and
deployment
2.
Troubleshooting Application
related queries of Clients
/ US
customers Over Phone which involves working in different time
zones
3.
Take calls from Clients
/ US
customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and
professionally
4.
Provide remote solutions to problems and explain the solution in such
a way that non-technical users understand.
5. Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
6. Testing and evaluating new technologies
