Job Description

Eligibility:
  • BE/ B.Tech (Any Specialization) from 2018/ 2019 batches.
Job Description:
  • Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills supporting primarily by telephone and E-mail.
  • Candidate must have very good knowledge on Basics of networking concepts
  • In depth knowledge of the network types (LAN & WAN)
  • Good Experience on troubleshooting WAN, Servers and Routers, LAN, and Switches.
  • Additionally, May install or upgrade software and hardware, Monitor and maintain computer systems.
  • Should be willing to work on rotational shifts and rotational weekoffs.
