Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join our team which is responsible for providing support to our customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Navigate through customers technical issues on our ticketing system, ensure timely resolutions or response and follow up to problems.
  • Identify, investigate and diagnose the issue and take necessary action, resolves or assigns the issue to the right assignment group.
  • Recognize and respond to customer needs and demonstrate a sincere commitment to resolving the issues.
  • Resolve all customer problems in the areas of product configurations/setup.
  • Work against deadlines.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or 3 year diploma (BCA, B Sc. Computer Science, IT etc)
  • Excellent written communication skills with email etiquettes & documentation skills.
  • PHP and WordPress knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with proficient attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, motivated & fast learner.
  • Passion for the customer and the customer’s experience.
  • Responsible & Reliable.
  • Freshers can also apply.
