Your Role and Responsibilities
You are a Openshift Specialist you will Design, develop and/or re-engineer complex application components, and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms
Responsibilities:

• Review initial requirement provided in ticket raised by the Jira helpdesk.,
• Screen, triage and assign to proper queue and owner, reproduce issue if possible.
• Perform basic health check of the systems and services like system access issues, adding to blue groups, adding or removing access configuration updates, reading logs etc
• Perform system activities like System stop and start, usage issues (if require hardware updates/upgrades including RAM increase then work with infrastructure team)
• Coordinate with all support levels till the closure of the ticket and Coordinate with /L3/L4 /Soc team for Sev1 and Security breach incident.
• Perform security patch updates.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+ years’ experience in Linux administration, OpenShift, Cloud technologies
• 2+ years’ experience in Kubernetes.
• 2+ Years’ knowledge in Kubernetes is required.
• Good Analytical and troubleshooting Skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Document and write runbooks with initial resolution
• Understanding Jira and GitHub
• Ability to Read and analyze server, application logs
• Able to diagnose problems/Issues/defects and communicate back to clients
