As a Technical Support Professional, one will
be responsible for designing an integrated solution, testing different software compatibility & assisting SI
partners in executing the solution.
The individual will have the opportunity to work with different foreign OEMs
& their software support team regularly.
He/she will be focused on helping channel partners & customers optimize their investment in converged
security solutions including general pre-sales technical support to include demonstrations and tender
responses.
Job Requirements: Ability to take on increasingly challenging assignments with a 'can do' attitude and expect a positive outcome.
Should have an understanding of IP CCTV systems, Access Control, Intrusion Systems, etc.
Should know about different operating systems, networks, servers, and databases.
Should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Should have attention to detail, a positive attitude with the ability to work in a start-up and challenging
environment.
Knowledge of remote control software such as TeamViewer etc.
Professional qualifications: Freshers Preferred.
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Telecom & Electronic Engineering preferred.
