Designation: Technical Support ( Tier1 Email / Chat Support ) Non-Voice Process
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / Diploma from 2019.
- People from any batch(passed out the year before 2019) will eligible if you are meeting the criteria and still looking out for a job.
Skills Required:
- Good written and verbal communication in English, should be able to write (frame sentences) without grammatical error
- Knowledge in gaming would be added advantage
Skill/Channel: Tier1 Email/Chat
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build a good/professional relationship with customers and resolve their issues
- Understand customer issues by probing the right questions and respond to the customer’s emotion
- Type a minimum of 30 words per minute with 85% accuracy or above
Work Timings and Shifts :
- HOOP (hours of operation): 11:00AM to 8:00PM PDT (pacific daylight time) in IST (Indian Standard time) this will be 11:30 PM to 8:30 AM
- Work in the night shift allotted and also should be ready to work in a rotational offs - based environment
Salary: 1.8PLPA to 2.10LPA
