Job Description

Nature of Job and list of thing that candidate will learn in the process.

• Candidate will learn to support EPABX telecommunication equipment

• Candidate will learn to identify, assess and find solutions to the various technical problems

• Candidate will learn to inspect sites and conduct Preventive Maintenance

• Candidate will learn to promptly work in emergencies and will be equipped to handle disruptions of service with good analytical skills

• Candidate will learn to be aware of government and company standards and procedures like logical partitioning.

• Candidate will learn to work on Voice Protocols: ISDN, SIP, H323, QSIG, E&M etc.
