TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Title: Technical Trainee (Voice & Non Voice)
Location:Mangalore

Come join our team – We have an immediate opening for Technical Support Trainees ( title will change after 3 months)

Role : Technical Support : Providing backend support to customers through email and chat, troubleshooting technical issues.
Title: Technical Trainee ( will be changing after three month )
Qualification : Fresh Graduates in: BE, BCA, BSc, Bcom with Computer Application etc

Attributes:

Good English communication, Verbal & Written
Typing skills with 35 words per minute
Flexible to work in rotational shifts
Logical Thinker.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Web hosting knowledge will be added advantage
