Job Description

Technical Trainer

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Location: Pune

Job Description:

Experience in conducting Software Product Technical Training for in house employees and customers.
Good knowledge of Java Programming.
Knowledge of Javascript, HTML
Should be ready to learn new technology and adaptive to business requirement
Assist in the development and design of new instructor led training/technology initiatives including documentation, training, coordination, rollout and evaluation.
Participate in research of product training curricula development, planning and implementation.
Work with subject matter experts to collect and collate information that will be designed and developed into learning modules. Research, prepare and maintain all training lesson plans.
Coordinate with HR to plan and provide training
Survey training participants to determine the effectiveness of each training program
Develop and maintain expertise in all products with hands-on skills
Interaction with all departments for various tasks
Update and revise current training materials to incorporate changes in product features

Capabilities:

Comfortable with actually using software product
Excellent English Communication(speaking, reading and writing) skills
Good personal presence and speaking ability
Must enjoy and be comfortable with interacting directly with customers
Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office
