Responsibilities:

• You must possess a unique blend of strong English training abilities, knowledge of soft skills, technical skills. As a part of the training team, you’ll have the opportunity to touch students’ lives and help them achieve career goals that may vastly change their economic status in society.

The key responsibilities for this project include but are not limited to:

• Conducting communication sessions, technical & soft skills session in classrooms at the training center assigned to you - Ensuring students assigned at your center are completing the assigned session and Collecting feedback about the program from students and providing students with feedback for their improvement.
• Ensuring that students are meeting the learning outcomes outlined in each session and that they are developing communication, technical & soft skills, confidence, and employability skills.

Required skills, experience and mindset:

• Required skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Effective business writing (emails, notes etc.) - A strong hold over English grammar and extensive vocabulary - Tech-friendly - Basic knowledge of google platforms - Strong public speaking and facilitation experience
• Required experience: - 3+ years of prior training experience in a related discipline
• Required mindset: - Openness to new ideas, innovation and a belief in taking radical approaches to improve lives - Willingness to travel to the specific center for the month.
• A focus on the students first and on generating genuine impact - Ability to empathize with key stakeholders including students, program managers, and college faculty - A genuine motivation to work in the social development sector - A solution-oriented approach towards challenges faced on the ground and the ability to be flexible in the face of changes.
