Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and update the technical curriculum according to employer requirements for the C2TC program in Bangalore
2. Work with underprivileged youth full time through providing extensive and high quality focused technical training
3. Mobilize colleges for outreach to maximum youth to offer the employability skills program
4. Maintain program operations in the college premises and at the digital academy which are part of the program
5. Maintain, update and share databases for the training batches
6. Collaborate effectively and efficiently with the team to achieve organizational goals
7. Provide innovations and improvisations to build a strong and industry-based curriculum for our students
