Roles and responsibilities 

• Build product documentation that would help our customers and internal teams to use our product without any 3rd party assistance.
• Work with the product team to understand the new features that are developed and update product documentation to educate customers and internal teams.
• Assure that all educational material is built and updated in conjunction with each product release.

Required Skills :-

• 2+ years of experience in content writing and content management
• Prior experience in delivering trainings (classroom and remote) is an advantage
• Good content writing skills will be a big plus
• A passion for continuous learning
• Innovative thinking
