• You will support two small technical teams as they evaluate software applications for migration from data centers to the Cloud.
• You will assist your teams in authoring cloud architecture documents and other critical program deliverables using pre-defined templates in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• You will ensure clarity and consistency throughout the cloud architecture documents, track any remaining gaps, and help drive the documents to completion.
• You will attend all Agile team ceremonies, such as daily standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
• You will organize and manage documents in Microsoft SharePoint, and assist team members with documentation-related questions and issues.
• You will update wikis in Microsoft Teams, contribute to team onboarding documentation, and help drive improvements in documentation and associated processes.
• You will understand complex topics and clearly lay out information for others to use.
• You will dig into new technologies and find the resources you need to help others understand and them.
• You will talk to developers competently and translate their knowledge into well-articulated documentation.

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
• Total Experience: 4 years
• Experience writing software, application, or similar technical documentation
• Ability to comprehend technical information and explain it to audiences of varying knowledge and skill
• Experience interviewing and obtaining product information from subject matter experts, as well as performing independent technical research and discovery
• Experience working with document templates and troubleshooting issues with typical documentation authoring tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Experience maintaining information in wikis
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
• Comfortable understanding software code and entering commands on the command line
• Experience working in an Agile project management environment
• Experience working with delivery teams in a software development or cloud computing environment
