Technical Writer

PUNE, MAHARASHTRA, INDIA

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
1+ years of experience working as a technical writer
1+ years of experience working with stakeholders to understand technical solutions for business requirements
1+ years of experience with online help documentation (we use MadCap Flare)
Self-directed and motivated learner and thinker who is not afraid to define new documentation processes
Experience working in a healthcare environment (ideally with exposure to health plan services concepts)
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
