Technician ‘A’ (Machinist/Electronics) Job Opportunity in National Council of Science Museums

Technician ‘A’ (Machinist) / 01 post (Reserved for ST)

Technician ‘A’ (Electronics)/  01 post (Unreserved)
                                                               
Essential Qualification: SSC or Matriculation with certificate from ITI or    
equivalent in relevant discipline.

Candidates must have one year experience after obtaining the certificate for course duration of two years.

For candidates obtaining certificates of one year course duration, two years relevant experience after obtaining the certificate shall be required.

Age Limit: Not more than 35 years as on 25.01.2019

Scale of Pay: In Pay Matrix Level 2 (Rs.19,900-63,200/-) with Basic Pay Rs.19,900/- plus usual allowances, as per Govt. of India Rules. Total emoluments at starting shall be Rs.28,563/- per month approx. at Kolkata.

Method of Recruitment : Recruitment shall be on the basis of performance in the Aptitude Test/ Trade Test. There will be no interview

Science City, Kolkata, Birla Industrial and Technological Museum (BITM),Kolkata, Nehru Science Centre, Mumbai, Vishvesvraya Industrial and Technological Museum (VITM),Bangluru and National Science Centre, Delhi are National level centres of NCSM. All having its Regional centres and District Level Centres called Satellite Units (SUs).
