Chandra Hyundai jobs - Technician

To provide excellent repair quality by ensuring optimal customer satisfaction which ensures customer retention and enhances the brand image of Chandra.

Responsible to achieve the Labour targets of Free, Paid, Running, Quick Service, Same Day Delivery of vehicles, Value added services.

Perform repair works as per ROs provided by Floor Supervisor on time and ensure Timely Completion of Work assigned.

To be responsible to take the allocated vehicle to the bay.

Inspect vehicles based on observation and mechanical testing and conduct Bumper to Bumper inspection for all the vehicles, if any problem exists escalate the same to the Floor Supervisor.

Frequently update the start time and end time in Workshop automation and support in achieving the maximum of 7 days ROs.      

Ensure to log in to the H log application provided by HMIL  and complete - My Course Training regularly, if any assistance is required counsel with the Trainer.

Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity, and workplace safety and be liable for the Bay and tools provided in the Bay.

Liaise with the Parts department for the requirement of parts mentioned in RO and also ensure timely and proper replacement of the same.

Responsible for the handover of the Parts claimed on the warranty to the Warranty charge.

Ensure to take the special tools by filling in / out the register on the requirement.

To be accountable for the handled vehicle, during the tenure of service if any problem is encountered escalate to Floor Supervisor and sort the deviation.

To frequently attend the In-house and HMIL training and enhance the talent pool, Chandra.

Ensure Housekeeping standards and 5S benchmarks / Go, Green, are strictly adhered in the workshop floor.
