Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT) invites applications for the position of Technician
Post Code C-2 Name of Post Technician/C (Computer Network)
Pay Scale Level-4 of Pay Matrix, Initial Pay: 25500/- plus other allowances as admissible Classification Group-C, Non-Gazetted
Total No. of posts:2 (OBC-1, UR-1)
Age As on the last date of receipt of application: Minimum â 18 Years, Maximum â OBC: 28 Years, UR: 25 Years
Qualification required: SSC (with Science and Maths) with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate PLUS trade certificate in Computer Network trade
Experience required Four year's relevant experience after obtaining the requisite qualification

On February 19, 1984 the President of India, Gyani Zail Singh, aid the foundation stone of the center. Construction of laboratories and houses began in May 1984.
