Service Junction jobs - Technician - Plumbing

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.

Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.

Follow building plans and blueprints.

Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.

Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.

Light construction, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required. 

Performing basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, flushing lines, repairing leaks, replacing washers, and repairing faucets

Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals to ensure that design plans meet code requirements

Installing ductwork and other materials needed for ventilation systems

Installing gas lines and fittings using hand tools such as wrenches and soldering equipment
