Job Description
We are looking for technician to assemble / repair mini washing machines at our factory. Interested candidates having previous experience of repairing washing machines can apply.
Responsibilities:
Examining customers' washing machine and identifying the cause of washing machine breakdowns.
Performing maintenance work on customers' washing machine.
Providing rough estimates to customers on how much it would cost to repair damaged or malfunctioning washing machine.
Repairing or replacing defective or damaged washing machine components upon approval from customers.
Advising customers on how to use washing machine correctly.
Maintaining an accurate record of all items/parts used to repair, replace, or maintain washing machine.
Billing customers and collecting payments.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
The ability to use various hand tools.
The ability to stand for extended periods.
The ability to lift heavy objects.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
