*Responsibilities:*
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
* Promote our products or services to potential customers
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities
* Meet daily/weekly targets and sales metrics
* Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
* Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline
* 1-2 years of experience in sales or telemarketing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
* Comfortable with rejection and able to handle pressure
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
*Salary:* ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
