'We are currently hiring for Telecaller with one of our leading Industry'

Experience : 6 months to 2 Years .

Qualification : Any Graduates / Post Graduates

Required Skills :

Proficient in speaking English and Hindi (Any other regional language will be added advantage).

Work Location : Bangalore

Shift : Day Shift ( 5 days working,saturday sunday fixed off)

CTC : 2 to 3 Lacs

Roles & Responsibilities :

· Out bond calls to the leads provided

· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts

· Answer questions about products or the company

· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

· Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

· Enter and update customer information in the database/CRM

· Follow up with customers and sales team

· Take and process orders in an accurate manner

· Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

· Sales Support

· Search leads online
