Eligibility Criteria:

• Education (Minimum 12th Pass), Preferably Graduate.
  
• Recruitment on 50% Experienced and 50% Fresher’s.
  
• Minimum 6/12 Months experience of outbound sales for experienced
  
• Candidates, if fresher should be with good communication skills
  
• Good communication skills (Tamil & English)
  
• Should be gauged on Listening, probing and selling skills
  
• Along with clear speech. 
  
• Distance /Timing flexibility.
  
• Ability to adapt Call center environment.
  
• Should have good convincing Skills and should stand with sales pressure
  
• Should be a good player.
  
• Confident in managing Individual Targets.
  
• (Timings: 9:30AM to 6:30PM)
  
• Telemarketing Sales Executive (Both M & F)
  
• Languages:  Tamil & English
  
• Qualification: Graduation (Any stream), ITI, 12+, diplomas & post graduates.
  
• Process: Insurance and Sales back ground. 
  
• Fresher’s / Experienced
  
• Salary: 8k to 12K+ incentives (Based on Experience)
