Job Summary

To make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales and positively contribute to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Should have excellent communication skills and fluency in English and tamil.
• Should be capable of making outbound calls.
• Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure.
• Have high closure orientation.
• Strong outbound Tele- Sales Experience
• Strong Results Orientation and Execution Excellence
• High Customer Centricity.
• To take inbound calls regarding product specifications.
• Reporting of the tele-calling observation in excel format.
