· Contact individuals by telephone to ask for donation.

· Should be able to explain the donation benefits to the customers.

· Obtain donor information.

· Addressing donor queries.

· Donor follow up and feedback post initial communication.

· Record donor’s transaction details of the donation made online.

· Schedule appointments for donation collection.

· Fresher welcome. Prior experience in tele-calling/ NGO would be an added advantage.

· Salary + incentives will be provided on the basis of the target achieved.

Desirable Knowledge & Experience:

Proficiency in Hindi is a must.
