Urgently Required Female Tele-caller at IITM College, Janakpuri
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, persuasive & competitive admissions Tele-caller to develop sales strategies and attract new students.
You will be responsible for influencing potential students to enrol in the programs offered by the Institute by giving them correct & complete information about the programs and admissions.
You will be responsible to source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets.
You will play a key role in increasing admissions, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales.
You must be able to understand the students requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills, also comfortable presenting program details over the phone.
Calling students , generate walk and covering leads into admission.
Help in the process of Admission.
Campus visit for parents.
Form fill up, documentation verification.
Preferable age 24-45 years
Responsible to guide and counsel students and parents for Counselling and Admission in College
Responsible for making handling inbound and outbound calls and follow-ups
An extrovert with a flair to engage in conversations
Candidate should have knowledge about the overall educational scenario
Should be excellent at understanding the candidate and connect with his / her thought process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Presentable in nature with calm and positive demeanor
Should be able to do counseling via phone, email or chat with prospective students / Parents
Excellent written and spoken English
