Job Description

  • Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Minimum Requirement:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good Problem-solving skills over the call
  • High energy level

Job Description

Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and identify customers needs to clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities  

1. Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

2. Providing the customer with the organization’s service and product information.

3. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.

4. Following up complicated customer calls where required.

5. Recording details of customers, inquires, complaints, and action is taken.

6. Other duties as assigned.
