SquadStack is looking for capable and dedicated candidates with experience in TeleCalling. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of prior experience in telecalling or a similar role. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients or customers, promoting our products or services, and maintaining records of interactions.
Responsibilities:
Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.Understanding customers’ requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.Taking and processing orders accurately.Preserve the company’s reputation by handling grievances.Facilitating companies’ sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota.Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information.
Requirements:
Candidate with 1-2 years of telecalling experience in any domain, preference for candidates working/worked with BPOs such as Jindal, Ebix, Concentrix.Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota.Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems.Efficient with English - Versant 4 or higher.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
Process:
Candidate will have to attend app and product training which will be divided into 2 sessions daily, 3 hours a session, for up to 3 days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday); slots will be 10 am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm.Post training candidates will have to appear for Certification on the allotted day & time.Certified Candidates will have to work for at least 130 hours on call a month - Monday to Saturday, between 9am to 9pm or as and when work becomes available on the platform.Candidates will have to maintain a minimum of 80% of Quality Score as assigned by the system and QA.Candidates will have to go through video refreshers and training sessions, and appear for periodic knowledge assessments conducted by the company - these are mandatory and will have minimum cut off scores to continue enjoying the compensation and benefits under this contract.Candidate will have to adhere by the Zero Tolerance Policies as defined by the companyCompensation & Benefits:
