Job Responsibility-

• To be responsible for contacting potential FMCG Vendors telephonically and brief them about company.
• Read the prepared script when pitching the company's profile and services.
• Provide any information that the client requests.
• Redirect calls to the relevant department if necessary.
• Asking questions to engage prospects and keep the conversation going.
• Gathering and documenting prospect information in the database for follow ups.
• Answering questions to prospect about the company and grab interest to generate leads.

Should Have-

• Proven experience in Client Relations/ Calling/ Lead Generation/customer service role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting pre sales quotas preferably over the phone.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable in Hindi and understand English.
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Persistent and results-oriented.
