  • Lead generation

  • Achieving monthly sales target assigned
  • Excellent communication skills - English (verbal/written).
  • Internal team coordination over email/call.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Handle the merchant escalations interactively

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Handling Inbound & Outbound calls
  • Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments
  • Handling the customer queries.
  • Lead Handling
  • Handle Telephonic inquiries
  • Must have Good Communication Skills.
  • Must be comfortable for Calling.
  • Handling enquiries & coordinating/following up accordingly.
  • Good knowledge of MS-office & basic internet .
