As a telesales
executive part of the company's sales team, your primary job is to
sell. You will have set targets and strategies by your team
supervisor.
You would mostly be calling a prospective client and
persuading them to either purchase/trial a product/service, or accept
a visit from another sales team member.
You must have a clear
understanding of the product/service you are selling and be able to
negotiate well.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Contact
potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or
service using scripts
Answer questions about products or the
company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and
close sales
Enter and update customer information in the
database
Handle grievances to help customer make the right
choice and preserve the companys reputation
Go the extra mile to
meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of
calls and sales and note useful information
Qualifications and
Skills:
Experience: 0.5- 3 years
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
You are required to interact
with customers for most part of your day and hence good communication
skills are a must.
You must be able to plan the number of
fresh/follow-up calls in order to meet targets.
The job also requires
good selling and persuading skills and also a thorough understanding
of the company's offerings.
Good spoken Malayalam or
Telugu Language is a must
