Out bound sales:
  • As a telesales executive part of the company's sales team, your primary job is to sell. You will have set targets and strategies by your team supervisor. 
  • You would mostly be calling a prospective client and persuading them to either purchase/trial a product/service, or accept a visit from another sales team member. 
  • You must have a clear understanding of the product/service you are selling and be able to negotiate well.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Handle grievances to help customer make the right choice and preserve the companys reputation
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: 0.5- 3 years
  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
  • You are required to interact with customers for most part of your day and hence good communication skills are a must. 
  • You must be able to plan the number of fresh/follow-up calls in order to meet targets. 
  • The job also requires good selling and persuading skills and also a thorough understanding of the company's offerings.
  • Good spoken Malayalam or Telugu Language is a must
  • Good Spoken English and written English preferred
  • Ability to plan and execute
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Ability to work as a team
