Job Description

Manage the program and manage sales desks / kiosks on-site (In Hospital)
Manage prospective customers and explain benefits of enrolling for the product
Maintain data of customers who have enquired about the product.
Follow up and arrange for meeting with various prospective customers if they are not converted in first attempt.
Coordinate with doctors, receptionists, finance department, estimate departments and all other linkeddepartments in the healthcare institution
Ensure that the customers with completed plans get timely treatment from the healthcare service providers
Take feedback of the services and resolve customer issues, if any
Manage relationship with hospitals and ensure targets related to plans placed are met; upkeep service deliverystandards
