Responsibility:
Ø Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
Ø Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
Ø Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
Ø Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Ø Handle Different Customers
Ø Make calls & Follow up
Ø Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
Ø Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
Ø Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
